No-Refund Credit Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for course registrations or product bundles. If plans change, we offer a credit or an exchange of equal value instead. However, if ProperGuide cancels or reschedules a session, you will receive a credit for the full amount paid, or a refund on request. We are not responsible for travel or lodging costs.

Course registrations

• Can't attend? Tell us at least 7 days before the Friday that starts your session. We will move you to another session or issue a credit for the full amount you paid.
• Less than 7 days' notice or no-show: the registration is forfeited and no credit is issued.
• Included materials: the universal kit, Nobel Biocare implants and healing abutments included with registration have no credit value once handed out.
• Live-patient cases: if a scheduled patient cancels, we provide an alternative case or supervised observation. This does not create a credit.
• CE credit is awarded only for hours attended.

Procera Experience bundles and other products

• Unopened, sealed and unexpired items may be exchanged for other products, or for a credit of equal value, within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened sterile items and custom abutments or crowns made for your patients cannot be exchanged.

Using your credit

• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date issued.
• Use them toward any course, membership or product. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; any unused balance stays on your account until it expires.
• Credits may be transferred to another dentist in your practice. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Virtual membership

Memberships renew monthly. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Past billing periods are not refunded.

Invoices

When you choose "Invoice my practice," your seat is held for 7 days and released if unpaid.

How to request a credit or exchange

Email info@propernobel.com or call (510) 517-5355 with your name and session or order. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer; we will work with you to resolve it.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you register or join a waitlist, we collect your name, practice name, email, phone number and dental license number and state. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card number.

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your registration, payment and course logistics.
• To issue CE certificates and keep the attendance records that CE regulators and approval bodies require.
• To send course updates. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the program (payment processing, email and website hosting), and with CE regulators or approval bodies when they audit our records. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Attendance and CE records are kept for at least seven years, as CE rules require. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@propernobel.com. We may keep records we are required to retain.

This website

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Terms

Who can register

Courses are for licensed dental professionals. Hands-on and live-patient participation requires an active California dental license and proof of malpractice insurance. Out-of-state registrations include didactic and observational participation only.

Clinical responsibility

Courses provide education, not a guarantee of clinical results. Participants remain responsible for their own clinical judgment and for practicing within the scope of their license.

Course materials

Slides, videos, guides and other course materials belong to ProperGuide Corporation and its faculty. They are for your personal learning and may not be copied, recorded or shared without permission.

Products

Implant and restoration products are sold only to licensed dental professionals. ProperGuide Corporation purchases and resells Nobel Biocare products. Course content is planned independently by ProperGuide faculty.
